Policies & Procedures

Client will be charged a $35 fee for any no-show, late cancellation, or rescheduling made less than 24-hours before a scheduled appointment.  Please text or call to cancel an appointment: 720-837-3072. 

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment. 

Before you arrive, please note the following:

• Payment is collected before treatment begins: Venmo, PayPal, HSA, Zelle & all credit cards accepted. 
• Avoid heavy scents: Please avoid wearing heavy perfumes, cologne, or aftershave, as strong scents can be overwhelming for both your therapist and others.
• Avoid Pain Medications: Avoid taking pain medications or muscle relaxers before your appointment, as these can affect your sensitivity to pain and increase the risk of overworking your muscles. 
• Wear Comfortable Clothing:  Please wear workout clothes or loose-fitting clothing, as some treatments are done while you are clothed. This will also allow you to move around easily for assessment purposes and to perform exercises or stretches.
