• Massage for Headaches & Neck Pain: Treatment designed for neck pain, headaches, migraines, whiplash, and concussions. This session focuses exclusively on alignment and gentle release of the spine, cranium, jaw, and sacrum with no work on other body areas.   This is subtle bodywork influenced by osteopathy, positional release technique and orthopedic ligament friction. 

• Massage for Fingers, Hands & Elbow Pain:  Treatment designed to alleviate symptoms of carpal tunnel, trigger finger, loss of grip strength, tennis elbow, golfers elbow and other pain in the upper extremities. This session focuses exclusively on trigger point therapy and alignment of the fingers, thumb, wrists, forearms, and elbows with no work on other body areas.   

• Massage for Foot & Ankle Pain:  Treatment designed to alleviate symptoms of plantar fasciitis, ankle sprain recovery, foot mobility and other pain in the lower extremities. This session focuses exclusively on trigger point therapy, ligament treatment and alignment of the toes, ankles, shins, and calves with no work on other body areas.
