This class involves floor-based exercises. Participants should be comfortable getting down & up from the floor. Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and comfortable clothes for stretching. I will provide foam rollers.
Meet your instructor: Bonnie Chan-Amore is certified in BASI Pilates Mat Instruction and a NASM Corrective Exercise specialist. I have more than 20 years experience in dance, yoga, Pilates, and martial arts. I'm also an anatomy nerd and NCBTMB certified massage therapist at BotreeMassage. I can't wait to see you in class!
